How long will it take to get my order?
Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order processing and verification, plus an additional 5–14 business days for delivery within the USA.


Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same purchase may occasionally be shipped in separate packages, even if you’ve selected combined shipping.


Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to over 35 countries worldwide. However, we are working to expand our reach. Let us know via email or chat where else you'd like us to ship, and don’t forget to sign up for updates!


When will I see tracking information?
Once your order has been picked, packed, and shipped, it may take up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


My order shipped, but I never got my package…
Don’t worry! If you’ve received a tracking number but your package is missing:

  1. Contact USPS or the relevant courier to locate your item.
  2. If it’s still not found, file a missing package claim with the courier and provide us with the case number.

We’ll make sure to resolve the issue and ensure you get what you need!


I changed my mind… Can I cancel my order?
We strive to process and ship orders quickly, making cancellations difficult once an order is placed. Please double-check your cart before checking out. If your order has already shipped, you can follow our Refunds & Returns Policy for eligible items.


My address is incorrect; can I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately at support@slaxr.com with the correct address. We’ll do our best to update it. However, if the order has already shipped, we cannot make changes to the destination.


I accidentally ordered the wrong size; can you change it for me?
Unfortunately, size changes cannot be made after an order is placed. Double-check the sizing info before completing your purchase. If you need to exchange, follow our Refunds & Returns Policy and reach out to us at support@slaxr.com.


Are any of your items final sale items?
Yes, all items are final sale. If you believe you’ve received a defective or damaged product, contact our customer service team via self-service chat.


My tracking info says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your tracking indicates delivery but you can’t find your package:

  1. Check around your property, mailbox, or drop-off area.
  2. Ask neighbors, household members, or building staff if they accepted it on your behalf.
  3. Review phone messages or emails for notifications of a failed delivery attempt.

If the package cannot be located, contact our customer service team for assistance under our Purchase Protection Program.


In the rare case your package is missing:
We can replace your product under our Purchase Protection Program if it doesn’t arrive or is lost in the mail. If you’ve tried the steps above and still need help, reach out to us at support@slaxr.com.
