Shipping Details

Shipping Charges and Timeframes:

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Handling Time: 2–5 business days (Monday to Sunday). This is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch.

Tracking Information:

Want to keep tabs on your parcel's journey? We provide tracking for all orders. Once your package ships, tracking details will be sent to your email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Process:

Packages are shipped from our warehouses in Asia, Europe, and North America using reliable carriers like ePacket, EMS, and USPS. Upon arrival in your country, local postal services manage final delivery. Some orders may ship in separate parcels based on size, weight, or warehouse logistics.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to over 35 countries, but some locations may not be serviceable. If your location is excluded, we will notify you.

What about customs?

Customs fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer. By placing an order, you consent that your package may incur customs charges upon arrival in your country.

Why isn’t my tracking updating?

Tracking updates may take time, especially during peak seasons. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 10 business days, please contact us at support@slaxr.com with your order number.

Will my items arrive in one package?

We aim to ship items together, but they may occasionally be split into multiple parcels due to logistical reasons.


Issues With Your Order?

Missing Deliveries:

If your tracking states "delivered" but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your property and ask neighbors or household members if they accepted the package.
  2. Verify the shipping address you provided during checkout.
  3. Contact your local postal service with your tracking number for assistance.

Please note: Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery is managed by your country’s postal service.

Failed Deliveries:

If delivery fails due to incorrect address details, absence, or customs policies, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In this case, we offer two options:

  1. Resend the package with an additional shipping fee.
  2. Issue a partial refund, deducting shipping costs and restocking fees.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@slaxr.com as soon as possible with:

  • Your name and order number.
  • Photos of the item received.
  • A clear explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request and notify you of the outcome. Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund.


Important Notes

  • Problems with orders must be reported within 30 business days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.
  • Our responsibility as a store ends once the package is shipped.
