Ingredients

1 large egg | 2 tsp chopped bell pepper | 1 tsp chopped scallion | 1 Tbsp cheddar cheese | 1-1 ½ Tbsp breadcrumbs or another binder | Salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

• Spray the Easy Egg-Roll Machine cooking chamber with cooking spray.
• Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pour it into the Easy Egg-Roll Machine cooking chamber.
• Insert one skewer in the center of the cooking chamber.
• Cook 5-7 minutes, until the food rises out of the cooking chamber.
